A dinner for 4-6 individuals comprises:

  • Half a prime rib, served w/ au jus & horseradish sauce on the side.
  • A delightful salad w/ house dressing on the side.
  • Freshly baked sourdough bread & yorkshire pudding.
  • Accompanied by delectable sides: mashed potatoes w/ brown gravy, luscious creamed spinach & corn.

Please be aware that all rib portions are cooked to a medium-rare. Detailed reheating instructions for both the day of the meal and the following day are provided to ensure your dining experience is as delightful as when it's first served.
